🔁 Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The item you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Products showing signs of wear or use, or returned without original packaging, will not be accepted.

📦 Return Process

1. Contact Us
   Email us at info@redjokertechnology.online with:

   • Your Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Clear images if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

2. Verification
   Our team will verify your request within 1–2 business days.

3. Return Instructions
   Once approved, we will:

   • Arrange a pickup (for eligible pin codes), OR

   • Provide self-return address and instructions

4. Inspection & Approval
   After we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it. If everything is in order, we’ll initiate a refund or exchange as per your request.

All return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date the product was delivered.

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping.

• In all other cases (e.g., size issue, dislike), you will need to pay for return shipping.

🔄 Need an Exchange Instead?

If you need a different size or replacement for a damaged item, please mention it in your return request.
1.Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
2.Products must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition with tags attached.
3.Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item
